Search and perspective use of fleshy oil fruits of forest plants

Vegetable oils are valuable nutrients. The search and study of new non-traditional sources of oils is an important scientific task. The most promising forest plants with juicy oleaginous fruits are determined and marker signs are suggested for the search for such plants in the future.
