Resume: To increase the efficiency of exploratory research, new approaches have been proposed aimed at improving the methods of working with microbial producers and the microbial metabolites formed by them, new models for searching for IHD based on the use of microbial cultures and mammalian cell lines have been developed. The conducted studies allow us to conclude that a comprehensive approach is needed in prospecting work aimed at analyzing the properties of microbial producers, improving methods for isolating and identifying secondary metabolites formed by them, and simultaneously studying both the chemical and biological properties of the isolated compounds in order to identify the main regularities of their mechanism of action. and structure-activity relationships.
