A search of an optimal method for artificial inoculation of oil flax with fusariose in laboratory conditions

We tested three methods of artificial inoculation of oil flax with Fusarium oxysporum var. orthoceras in laboratory conditions in soil (soil, sand, mixture of soil and sand at a rate 2 : 1) and different doses of inoculum powder (3 and 5 g) to conduct later a secondary screening of strains of antagonists. In variant where we mixed inoculum and soil, infection of oil flax was low. To conduct the secondary screening of strains of antagonists in laboratory conditions in soil it’s reasonably to use a method of artificial inoculation of oil flax with fusarium pathogen applying inoculum into watered sand or soil mixture in row, with a rate of 5 g per a row, both preliminary growing pathogen or no. in such variant the most part of flax seeds rots, even not germinating. We recommended using our scale for account of a fusarium infection level of roots on sprouted flax plants in laboratory condition, in soil.
