In today’s rapidly changing economic landscape, uncertainty significantly limits organizations’ abilities to plan ahead. Employee commitment plays a crucial role in both working with staff members and the effective functioning of businesses. This article proposes a practical tool that can help identify the most committed employees and improve organizational efficiency in uncertain conditions. The questionnaire, developed as a result of research, can later be incorporated into regular staff surveys. The proposed tool not only identifies key employees but also allows us to assess the dynamic changes in commitment over time. By using this survey, we can create a more resilient and effective team that can overcome the challenges of a volatile business environment.
