Emergence and development of commercial radio in ulyanovsk (from the 1990-s until the mid 2000-s) as submitted experts

This article is based on a sequence of expert interviews conducted by author with radio broadcast company representatives. It is dedicated to the appearance, becoming and developing of commercial radio stations since 1990s up to the middle of the first decade of 2000s in Ulyanovsk city as presented by experts - radio anchormen and radio station directors. Expert interview data in certain cases is complemented also by quantity indexes - radio station ratings in a set period of time. Separately, a history of appearance and disappearance of the first local radio stations in Ulyanovsk city is posed.
