Phased planning of the camp session for maximize effective functioning of temporary children's team

The article is devoted to the work at the summer camp. It describes the planning of the session, work of camp teams, different team affairs. The authors point to the necessity of trusting relationship between children and counselors, as well as on the importance of constant filling the time with useful activities during the staying at camp.
