The article deals with poetic comprehension of reality which is essentially the experience of one's being in the world. The following features of poetic reflection are discussed: 1) individual representation of the concept missing in the collective mentality; 2) symbolic antithesis; 3) philosophic and artistic approach to the world; 4) situational superimposition; 5) relevant allusions for the author.
