A teacher in the classroom and the notion of blended learning course

The article analyses the causative activity aspects of a Teacher-fronted institutional classroom discourse in the context of the new coming development and implementation of technology of blended learning in the system of training students in educational institutions in Russia. It also specifies the concept of Blended Learning within view of comprehension of the regulative activity of the teacher, including those of Moderator and Facilitator within frame of the training process and educational interaction.
