Poetics in I.Kataev’s story «The milk»

On the problem of mythological implied sense considers the story of the talented writer, a member of the «Pereval» literary group, from the broad mythological point of view for the first time. The mythological context rises to the folklore-mythological tradition, from one hand, and to literary tradition of the symbolic mythopoetics, on the other hand.
