In the early postoperative period, complications usually occur in groups with a significant and high degree of surgical and anesthetic risk. For this reason, studying the indications for spinal anesthesia is relevant. To study indications for spinal anesthesia during simultaneous operations of combined gynecological diseases. The results of 123 patients’ surgical treatment with combined surgical and gynecological diseases were analyzed depending on the surgical and anesthetic risk. According to a retrospective analysis and study of prognostic indicators, postoperative complications occurred in patients with a significant and high degree of surgical and anesthetic risk. Simultaneous operations are contraindicated in cases of significant and extremely high degrees of surgical and anesthetic risk; such patients must be operated on in stages.
