Central hemodynamics features and regulation of heart rate at senior

The aim of research was to determine the sexual characteristics and hemodynamic parameters of heart rate variability in 125 high school students aged 15-16. It is shown that boys compared with girls have all kinds of indicators of blood pressure higher and the heart rate and cardiac output below. At rest, the heart rate is provided by both central and autonomic control loop at a certain percentage of humoral effects. Performing active orthostatic test accompanied by a reduction of parasympathetic effects and increase the share of humoral in maintaining heart rate, and these mechanisms are more clear in young men, supporting the generally more stable heart rate. This is evidenced by reduction of the share of high and increasing proportion of very slow waves, as well as narrowing of the variation range, increasing the amplitude of fashion.
