Hemostasis indexes in pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia and chronic hypertension

The results of the comparative study of the indexes of vascular-platelet and plasma coagulation hemostasis of pregnant women with preeclampsia and chronic hypertension are presented. It was revealed that differences in functioning of hemostatic system during pregnancy complicated by hypertension appears from the second trimester of pregnancy. Pregnant women with preeclampsia have thrombocytopenia, progressing to the third trimester, pregnant women with САН fall under the activation of plasma coagulation unit, characterized by the shortening of coagulation tests.
