The author discusses the issue of how to dispose of real estate most effectively - to sell or lease an object in the current state or after investing. Comparing the indicators of profitability of real estate, draws conclusions that as this indicator it is necessary to use the discount rate, and investments in the repair of a real estate object are not always an effective investment and are often economically unjustified, although they lead to an increase in both the cost and the rental rate for the object.
