This article describes the most important quality indicators in the tourism sector that influence the effective provision of services to consumers. The assessment of the quality and consumer value of tourist services is based on the analysis of such indicators as technical, functional, ethical quality and indicators of socially necessary value. The quality of tourist services is one of the main factors in choosing travel packages.
