Indicators of grain quality of durum wheat varieties

The article presents the results of a study of quality indicators of grain and 12 varieties of spring durum wheat in conditions of forest-steppe Ob Altai region in 2018-2019. Studies have revealed the dependence of the formation of indicators on weather conditions during the growing season. The bulk of the studied varieties meets the requirements for grain on the world market (protein content of 13% or more). High indicators of grain quality in all years of the study showed the varieties: Salyut Altai, Solnechnaya 573, Omsk corundum.
