In this study, the immunological parameters of the oral cavity were analyzed in the treatment of chronic forms of apical periodontitis with temporary sealing of the root canals with Calasept filling material. During the treatment, the cellular factors of local immunity of the gingival sulcus fluid were determined. The obtained data show the effectiveness of temporary sealing of root canals with Calasept.
