Parameters of coagulation hemostasis, fibrinolysis and peripheral blood cell composition have been studied for patients with primary infiltrative breast cancer. The evidence of hypocoagulation shifts, neutrophile-basophile association as well as lymphopenia, thrombocytopema and elevated level of ESR can result in development of infiltrative breast cancer. Fibrinolysis system activation concurrent with increased fibrinogen level is one of the important factors of blood coagulation disorders for infiltrative breast cancer.
