The purpose of the research was to study the effect of the medication, developed on the basis of succinate acid and the organic compound of phosphorus at the Department of Therapy and Clinical Diagnostics of FSBEI HE Kazan SAVM, on the dynamics of hepatic markers before and after the application in cow milk fever. At the beginning of the experiment in clinical study of cows with subclinical milk fever a decrease of functional activity was observed, manifested by a decrease of food excitability, dysplasia of ruminant reflexes, dystonia of the predecessor; in some animals an increase of obtundation in hepatic area and hepatic soreness were observed. Biochemical status was described by hyperbilirubinemia, disproteinemia, disvermentemia, that was characterized as hepatotoxic syndrome. It has been established that a three-fold application of the experienced medication in doses of 10-15 ml per animal reduces the activity of aminotransferases by 10-35%, gamma-glutamyltranferase by 35%, and the content of total bilirubin by 50-60% in the blood serum.
