We analyzed clinical and functional characteristics of venous cerebral circulation in 138 patients with chronic cerebral ischemia. We found that venoprotective therapy ensured significant improvement of clinical and functional parameters of venous outflow from the cranial cavity in patients with chronic cerebral ischemia and dysfunction of venous cerebral circulation.
