Generations "Y", "Z" In the working environment, a point-based approach to staff involvement as an internal motivation tool

The main part of the able-bodied population of the Russian Federation consists of representatives of the generations generation "Y" and "Z", for whom an important tool of non-material motivation is the involvement of personnel in work processes. A study of this issue was carried out, in the format of questionnaires, interviews, observations and analysis of documents, at three large enterprises of the city of Sochi, and fifty employees from different fields of work. The analysis and results of which confirm the hypothesis about the positive impact of a high level of employee involvement on the inefficiency of their work.
