The article examines regional innovative infrastructure in the area of education, formed in the Ulyanovsk region mainly by educational organizations involved in the regional programme developing the innovative processes. The authors analyse the diversity of scientific approaches according to which the pedagogical groups carry out the experimental teaching and innovative work in education.
