Political identity: multidisciplinary aspects of research

The article attempts defining socio-psychological and other peculiarities of a political phenomenon. It considers the social conditions of the existence of political subjects in the respective space of a country, analyzes the association of identity with the social values of an individual identifying themselves in different ways with political groups of the Russian society. The "Value" aspect of political identity, along with the general association with the institution of the political representation in the society presupposes defining its specific features.
