The article is dedicated to the issues of political advertisement and its influence on the political culture of modern Russian society and particularly young people as its most innovative participants and the source of new development patterns. The analysis of the structure of Russian youth and its political activity is given in accordance with the valuable amount of empirical sources of sociological research. The author considers attitudes to political advertisement, the strength of its influence on Russian youth and the methods of making the political advertisement more efficient in order to create the new political culture of Russian society by framing the mass consciousness of young people.
