Political institutions, central bank independence and inflation

The article considers questions about the role of the status of the central bank and its impact on price stability in the framework of the national economy, taking into account foreign experience. A theoretical review of domestic and foreign literature was carried out on the importance of the independent status of the central bank and its place in ensuring a low level of inflation, taking into account the quality of the institutional environment established within the framework of the individual state.
