Political institutions: a model of participation in innovation modernization processes

The world of modern technologies with a high speed of information exchange and its increased publicity inevitably changes both the society and the mechanisms of its management. Studying different classifications of innovative modernization in the modern context is necessary for understanding the common modernization processes and technologies as well as for identifying the common technological elements of managing the modernization performance. The author analyzes the theoretical and methodological aspects of innovative modernization considering the problem of choosing imperatives of political development, the history of the modernization path. The key elements are the assessment of the insurmountability of innovative modernization in various areas regardless of the scope of modernization efforts and an attempt to identify the common and necessary terms for managing the process of innovative modernization and improving its efficiency.
