Political clans: anthology of the development, impact on state stability

The article analyzes the nature, essence and mechanisms of functioning of clans in a democratic society. The author explores the distinctive features of the interaction of clans and society. The aim of this article is to identify the features of clan formation, to study the anthology of the development of this phenomenon in retrospect. The objectives of the work were the evidence base of the inevitability of the formation of the phenomenon of proto-clan, the dissolved position of clans in democratic regimes. The research is based on the synergetic principle of studying the object. In the course of the study, the author concludes that clans are a form of elite protection of their interests, the mechanism of its reproduction and the performance of its social function. In modern Russia, we can talk about the presence of proto-clans.
