Political projects of civilizational level of political rhetoric of Dmitry A. Medvedev: imperatives of the regional and global security

Civilization discourses play a significant role in the modern politics. The border between the major crops, called civilizations, erased. There is an effect of the so-called global civilization, which if not based on common values, shared by everybody. As it is argues in the article, political leaders, including presidents, prime ministers, ministers of the key ministries have become more active in using civilization discourse in their public speeches. The purpose of the article is to analyze the specificity of the civilization rhetoric of D.A. Medvedev. To achieve the purpose the author used such methods as content analysis, intent-analysis, and discourse analysis. The main sources of information were the articles and speeches of D.A. Medvedev, addressed to the different audiences and containing civilization content.
