The study of the relationship between authorities and citizens through the prism of their information interaction involves the study of features of current political networks of this modern society. The analysis of political processes taking place in Russia proves that the functioning of social and socio-political networks has become quite specific. It is important to consider network technologies impact while solving issues related to ensuring political stability, law and order, rule-of-law state building and democracy "extension". The current Russian Constitution is based on the doctrine of natural law and provides syncretism of modern legal culture and, consequently, use of the entire spectrum of current social normative regulators in political networks. Network structures of political activity in modern Russian society allow working out the main directions of innovative development of social capital, most closely approximate to Russian citizens' needs.
