The paper explored rivalry that had arisen in interactions between Russia, Britain and Iran in politics, commerce and economy carried on in the Central Asian region in the first half of the XVIII century. The region in question had always been a matter of political and economic concerns for neighboring countries and some European countries as well due to its position. Rivalry arisen between the mentioned countries in the power play across the region had further increased in the first half of the XVIII century.
