OPEC politics and interests of Russia

The article analyses the main problems of OPEC Russia relations in the international oil market, the role and influence of the “oil cartel" in the world politics and economy. Russia should take into account the interests of such powerful actor as OPEC and develop relations on the basis of mutual interests in order to form stable and predictable price for oil. The author emphasizes that international energy security mostly depends on the character of these relations.
