Politics of memory as an element of regional cultural life

From the middle of the 20th century management theory begins to closely link with the concept of "memory policy". The policy of memory has become a structural element of political practice due to the development of a special section of social psychology and cultural anthropology - the theory of supra-individual memory (historical, collective, social). Theories of supra-individual memory are based on the idea of ​​constructing social ideas about the past. The cultural policy implemented in our country at the regional level is largely inertial in nature. Scientific expertise of the means and resources of this type of policy is not always carried out.
