In article the system analysis of the actual nutrition of the population in Samara oblast both on population, and on individual levels which is characterized by superfluous consumption of fats and added sugar – major risk factors of development the obesity, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes is shown. Need of the accepted regional target program of improvement the nature of nutrition of the population in the region is proved.
