Political and economic aspects of the country's development

The real demand to ensure the accelerated development of the social and economic system is now coming to the fore and can be met with catalyzation of the development and introduction of domestic scientific and technical projects and innovative technologies into production. This article contains the results of the analysis of changes in world economic activity, the studies of growth rates and GDP growth dynamics in the world economy and particularly in the Russian Federation, the dynamics of inflation in Russia since 2000 till 2021, as well as the monthly dynamics since 2017 till 2021. The reasons for the change in the rate of monthly inflation in the country are highlighted. The main reasons for the country's slowing economic growth, rising inflation and declining business activity of the companies are identified. Due to the results of the analysis the authors put forward the main factors that determine the trend of inflation and give some proposals for accelerating the economic and social development of the country. They substantiate the necessity to accelerate the process of national economic transformation and the transition of the country's economy to a more high-tech level, including the activation of innovative processes of management digitalization, production engineering and robotization which requires the creation of conditions for the implementation of social and economic initiatives.
