Political and economic approach to training political scientists in higher education institutions (based on the example of the department of political science and sociology of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation)

The authors examine the issue of qualified political scientists training at the university bachelor and master training departments. Russian higher education institutions should take into account the requirements of modern life and produce comprehensively trained experts who are able to embrace as political so economic processes. In addition, it would be easier for such experts to find a job on the labor market even during the crisis period. The authors provide examples taken from their experience gained in training political scientists at the Department of Sociology and Political Science of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
