Political and legal regulation of national security issues: organizational aspect

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that the determining factor in the identification of the entire national security system is its organizational and legal support. The purpose of the study is to study the aspect of assessing the state of national security, as well as its essence through the prism of legislative (political and legal) regulation. The result of the study: the author came to the conclusion about the importance of the legal establishment of the principles of ensuring national security, as well as the reflection of its constituent elements, allowing to determine the directions of its formation and maintenance.
