Political, legal and social, economic consequences of Russia's accession to the WTO

This article is devoted to a problem of consequences of Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization. The work considers issues in connection with influence of changes in customs and tariff regulation of the Russian Federation within the Customs union, licensing, insurance, measures of support of the national industry and agriculture on national economy. The author proves necessity of adaptation of the Russian legal system and economy to rules and conditions of the WTO which will allow it to execute a number of system obligations in various spheres. The author underlines that Russian problems connected with accession to the WTO are solvable. The correct and timely governmental policy will help to avoided or to smooth negative influence of accession.
