Politico-legal mechanisms of the Russian state in the conditions of transitive economy (1991-1999)

Politiko-legal mechanisms are considered by the author as the major state toolkit of regulation of economy. In article attempt of the politiko-legal analysis of features of formation, development and qualitative characteristics of the legislation regulating economic relations in political-economical transformation is undertaken.
