Political and legal mechanisms of the Russian state under the conditions of transitional economy (2000-2007)

Political and legal mechanisms are reviewed by the author as the major state toolkit of economy regulation. An attempt to analyse the political and legal analysis of peculiarities of formation, development and qualitative characteristics of the legislation regulating economic relations in the period of political and economical transformation is undertaken.
