Political and legal problems of ethnic immigration

Бесплатный доступ

This article represents a scientific analysis of ethnic immigration as an integrative part of the immigration process. Due to its specificity and its concealed nature ethno immigration remains unstudied, though there are a number of separate facts and a vast layer of various juridical norms. One of the tasks in research of the phenomenon of ethno immigration is statutory and legal regulation of all stages of ethno immigration and the state's immigration policy overall. Juridical science cannot neglect existing processes of ethno immigration, and harmonical development of society depends on a successful solution of this task. Effective policy of reverse ethno immigrants and legal regulation of the whole process is an integral part or even the key element in solution of this task. Suggested forms of reverse immigration have different legal nature and subsequences, which determine the whole volume of legal rights, state protected interests and processual guarantees of an ethno immigrant.
