This article considers political and legal views of a leading Kazakh scientist S.F. Udartsev on anarchism. Emphasizes that one should not confuse anarchism with anarchy. Anarchy is a state of chaos while anarchism is the logic of political and legal ideas, coupled with the denial of the state as a means of oppression and tyranny.
