The development of high-tech (neo-industrial) exports is one of the most important tasks that the Russian economy is facing. The solution of these tasks is enshrined in presidential decrees, national projects, which confirms the high priority in the implementation of these decrees. The unprecedented sanctions imposed by the EU and the US significantly restrict the import of high-tech products into our country, as well as the export of raw materials. In these restrictive realities, and for the development of our country's economy, a transition to an import substitution policy is necessary, and it is important to look for growth poles for the formation of neo-industrial exports of the regions of the Russian Federation. In this connection, the purpose of this study is to determine the growth poles of high-tech exports of Russian regions. To solve this problem, spatial modeling methods were used, namely, the analysis of local and global Moran's indices. The study identified growth poles, clusters of high and low values, as well as potential territories that in the future may become new growth poles for high-tech exports of the Russian regions.
