The article analyzes the procedural powers of attorneys aimed at upholding their clients’ constitutional right to defense and unhindered access to justice. It examines key aspects of attorneys’ interactions with investigative authorities, courts, and third parties, including the rights to collect evidence, request documents, and participate in court proceedings. The author emphasizes the need to improve legislative mechanisms to eliminate barriers that hinder effective protection of citizens’ rights in law enforcement practices.
