Powers of governmental authorities of the Russian Federation and governmental authorities of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the field of waste electrical and electronic equipment management

The article deals with the legal regulation of delimitation of powers of public authorities in the field of electronic and electrical equipment waste. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the legislation the author singles out the existing approaches to the concept of delimitation of powers and subjects of competence. The conclusion about legal certainty concerning differentiation of powers of public authorities of the Russian Federation and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of legal regulation of waste electrical and electronic equipment is made.
