This article is devoted to the study of the powers of the Prosecutor to supervise the procedural activities of the bodies of inquiry and preliminary investigation, as well as the need for a more thorough approach to the legal regulation of the functional duties of the Prosecutor, his powers and means of prosecutorial response in order to ensure the appropriate level and legality of the investigation of crimes.
