Gender and age structure of the population in the Arctic zone of Yakutia

The article is devoted to demographic processes in the arctic zone of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). It presents the analysis of statistical data and shows the population gender and age structure characteristics and features in different districts of the zone. The prospects for demographic development of the region have been outlined by the author.
