Status of Russian youth on labour market

The article deals with the questions connected with the status of youth on a labour market. The special attention is given by the author to labour relations of young generation with the employers in the period of formation and working of the mechanism of market communications. The author comes to the conclusion that the government needs to perceive youth as the all-important resource of industrial forces of the society, and that country prospects in the greater degree depend on the level of erudition, socialization, professionalism, civil maturity of today's young men.
