The position of women in the labor market in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the light of global trends

The article analyzes global trends of women's participation rate in the labor market. The main factors influencing the level of women's economic activity have been determined. The peculiarities of women's participation in the labor market of the Republic of Uzbekistan were studied and proposals were developed to create conditions for the self-realization of women.
