Provisions of the russian legislation on the certificate of the advocate need specification!

Purpose: The analysis of problems of improvement of the legislation concerning the certificate of the advocate. Methodology: Formal-legal method and a method of theoretical modeling were used. Results: The analysis of provisions of the domestic normative legal acts concerning the certificate of the advocate and a number of the bills offered for their improvement is provided in work. The conclusion about need of direct fixing for the legislation of situation that the certificate of the advocate is the document certifying not only the status of the advocate, but also his personality is drawn. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses a certain scientific value and has the practical importance as is one of the first works devoted to the complex analysis of questions of improvement of the Russian legislation concerning the certificate of the advocate.
