Regulations of the Russian Federation criminal code on crimes against intellectual property: aggregation problem

The author considers the problem of optimal placement of articles on crimes against intellectual property in the structure of criminal law. According to the foreign experience, analysis of the object of appropriate encroachments and interests of criminal politics the author concludes that it is necessary to make a special section devoted to such crimes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
