Today there are many factors that affect the physical, psychological, somatic and moral health of a person, they can have both positive and negative effects. One of the positive factors is morning gymnastics-a set of exercises that is performed to wake up the body after sleep, bring it into working condition, warm up joints and muscles. The article is devoted to the importance of morning gymnastics. It analyzes the influence of morning exercises on various aspects of human life, on his internal organs, cardiovascular system and much more, describes its role in human life, reveals the principles of exercise, as well as a number of requirements that need to be taken into account.
